On November 6, 2017 Ambassador H.E.Mr.Gursel Ismayilzada visited Yamagata Prefecture. During the visit he met with the Governor of Yamagata Prefecture Mrs.Meiko Yoshimura. Bilateral relations, especially cooperation between regions of two countries were the main theme of discussion.
